Yum Factor is a privately owned, Cape Town-based, company that was established in 2007 after the owner, Eugene Vorster, realised that there was a serious gap in the food distribution industry due to poor service delivery and quality of food. He had spent 6 years in the wine industry where the clientele is very demanding and realised that he could use his sales experience and attention to detail and great customer service to fill this gap. And so Yum Factor was born. Eugene’s passion for what he does is clearly reflected in his superior customer service and going the extra mile for his customers.

In July 2013, Yum Factor added design and marketing to their list of services offered. The Design & Marketing division of Yum Factor caters for web and graphic design for new and existing clients.
